perfect base for exploring pamukkale's natural wonders

my stay was made even more special by the fantastic location, as it was just a short walk to the thermal pools and the stunning Pamukkale Natural Park. The friendly staff were incredibly helpful in arranging local dining options that enhanced my experience.

surprisingly, the towels were so old they might as well be rags, and the air conditioning couldn’t cool my room at all, it felt like I was sleeping in a sauna. i really thought a deluxe room would at least come with a blanket, but apparently, I was mistaken. i almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

Comfortable stay with a great balcony view. The restaurant's Turkish breakfast was delicious! However, bathroom cleanliness needs improvement.

Deluxe rooms are misleading!!! Constant toilet issues left us frustrated and the lack of blankets was uncomfortable!!! Maintenance is clearly needed as the noise from appliances is bothersome!!!

The hotel staff, especially Mr Ali, were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They organized a lovely local dining experience that was a highlight of our trip.

The rooms, while generally bright, could benefit from better soundproofing as outside noise occasionally disrupted our sleep.

the room was basic. but the staff was super friendly and offered a complimentary ride to the South Gate. the restaurant had reasonably priced, delicious food, especially the wood fired pizza. very convenient location near the minibus station.

We loved visiting the Pamukkale Travertine Terraces! The hotel was well-situated, making it easy to explore this beautiful area with my family, including our grandchild. The staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring our visit was enjoyable.

My kids wished the room had a bit more space.

It was just a suitable option for shopping in Pamukkale with best value. They brought us complimentary food which was unexpected and delicious. Make sure to ask about local dining options for a better experience.
